Delete Account or Data
How users can delete local Adoracle data and request deletion of server-side data if accounts or submissions exist.
1. What can be deleted
Adoracle is intended to be local-first. Some data may exist only on your own device. Other data may exist on Adoracle servers only if you create an account, use cloud sync, submit support messages, use verification, redeem partner rewards, or buy paid features.
2. Delete local data
- Open Adoracle settings and choose Delete local data, if available.
- On Android, clear app storage or uninstall the app.
- Back up/export photos first if you want to keep them.
3. Request deletion of server-side data
If you have an account or have submitted data to Adoracle, use this request form or email support.
4. Limits and retention
Some data may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, accounting, dispute handling, security, fraud prevention, or establishment/exercise/defence of legal claims. Local-only data cannot be deleted by Adoracle if it never left your device.
5. Identity verification
Adoracle may need to verify that a deletion request comes from the relevant user/account holder before deleting server-side data. This is to protect against unauthorized deletion.
